I believe during certain times in our lives, a community of like-minded people can be a game changer. For me, motherhood is one of these times. To offer support, share suggestions and hear from other women who are on the same journey as us can be incredibly comforting. Not only does group coaching provide this sense of community, it also provides an affordable alternative to one on one appointments.
Group numbers are generally kept small (around 10 women in one group), and this style of coaching is offered periodically via certain intake dates. See the list below for current group intakes on offer.
The Endless Energy Membership is designed for the woman who wants to improve her energy and get the most out of life. It is for the woman who feels overwhelmed at the thought of working 1:1 with a practitioner, but still wants to make health changes.
Each month I discuss an area of health that influences energy, and give sustainable and achievable recommendations that will help to improve this area of life.
Each month the membership includes:
1 x exclusive mail-out providing in depth information about the month's topic along with recommendations for diet and lifestyle modifications, and any products that might also help.
~ 1 x 45 minute live group call to discuss the topic in more depth (recorded for playback)
~ 1 x 20 minute live Q & A (recorded for playback) to answer any questions you might have
~ Access to a closed Facebook group so you can share your wins and establish a community

Each week I treat so many women who know there is so much more they can get out of life, but they feel like they are stuck in survival mode.
A small inconvenience can feel so overwhelming. A busy day interferes with sleep. Their nervous system has them on edge 24/7.
"Surviving to Thriving" is a six week course designed for these women to understand their nervous system and learn how they can support themselves to heal and get out of constant 'fight or flight' mode.
This course is run with a colleague of mine (so you get double the wisdom!) and we cover:

~ Mindfulness strategies
~ Movement to support nervous system healing

"The Pillars" was developed after I worked with many clients who were new to changing their health and I realised how often I was recommending similar strategies. Not only this, but I recognised how many people don't have a support network that encourages positive health change in their loved ones. I believe in the power of connection and community, especially when you're undertaking something new, and so was born "The Pillars"!
An 8 week group coaching course taking you through the areas of life that are considered the foundations of health
~ Diet and Nutrition

~ Hormone Health
~ Stress Management
~ Movement
There is a strong focus on diet and nutrition in this group coaching course, and we spend three weeks diving deep into meals, meal structure and gut health. I provide you with meal plans and recipes to guide you, and then teach you how to plan your own meals so you're set up for success.
We discuss strategies and recommendations that I have seen work time and time again for people to improve their health outcomes and achieve their goals, and I provide resources to help you on your way.

~ A weekly 45 minute group coaching call
~ 3 weeks of meal plans and recipes
~ Resources and handouts to support you on your journey
~ Access to a closed Facebook group community, specific to your group's intake to share wins and ask questions
